Be on site during the build. Installers are busy doing their job, R3 Roofing & Restoration's job is to assure material quantity is sufficient, that all flashing and replaceble items are indeed replaced, pick up nails in walkthrough areas to ensure safety to pedestrians and the home owner.
Walk the roof once job is completed. City inspectors have failed the inspection of the roofs due to avoidable circumstances, caulking in necessary areas, the flashing installed correctly, defects in shingle installation, voids, etc. These variables can be controlled if you walk the area at the end of the project
